D1 - Beginnings with Miniatures

Some discussions and research sent me looking at some 1965era paint schemes for the USAF, which in turn led me to look at playing D1 again.

Early USAF Aircraft

While looking at some early scenarios I found that USAF aircraft appeared in the same gull grey as USN Aircraft.  This is the first F-4 in this livery of an early MiG Killer.
